A refreshing alternative from the large scale chains with a good selection of quality toys including popular favourites from ABC Kids. The aisles are a little tight but stocked well and clearly priced for easy shopping. You can grab a real bargain with the clearance stock and it seems they are trying to keep their prices competitive with sales. The staff were not smothering and give you space to browse.

If they don't have an item in stock & order from another store they have no delivery time information. This is very unorganized. The only information they can give is that the item will be picked up from the store with the item and taken to their warehouse "sometime". Sometime later the item will be delivered to their store with a bunch of other toys from the warehouse. They can't tell you when or what delivery the item will be part of. This store said to me a delivery would take 10 to 14 days. When I checked after 10 days they said the next deliver would be on the Monday after my call - over the 14 days. They staff was rude and said they had no idea if they item would be in that delivery. No good if your planning for a birthday...

Just the usual Toyworld, but the bonus is they often clear stock out the front, meaning great deals when you least expect it.
