TPG provides really very very bad customer service. Two months ago I was facing internet issue. I call them about internet issue. They sent 2 times technician. But, these 2 technicians had different statements. Apart from this, I was called them 4/5 times in a day within 20 days. As a result, issue not resolved. I requested them to disconnect our internet service. But, they charged for it even I didn't use internet.

Now on 8th March 2021. I requested them to reconnect internet. I told to the person who was attending me on call, that they should start charging money when internet issue will resolve. But, he charged and said it will work. I told him that I have internet modem already so I don't need new. But, still he order ...read more

very bed service ! I try to open a samll business account with them , but they open a two personal acounts for me , and bring a lots trobules to me ,many people call me for differen inforamation , during a month discussed , the meatter still not finish. now I am waitting for their answaer the phone .

TPG is not able to provide reliable installation of NBN. They have promised to make installation of NBN on the 1st of February between 1 p.m and 5 p.m., but the technition did not come and no one contacted me to advise that the technitian is not coming.
Very poor service and it is not possibl to contact any body in Australia. The only contact number takes you to Manila and they cannot control the service from there.

Taken things way too lightly- I wanted to change phone plan to TPG for which we also received the new TPG simcard. Called TPG and requested for SIM Activation which they said would take 1-2 working days. This was on Friday. Waited until Monday and thought give them a call to check on the development of the transition, only to be told that wait till tuesday. Tuesday came and went, called again on Wednesday. Again no development and could not let me speak to the account specialist. Again today , I called in the morning and afternoo( my lunch break) to check on the status only to be told that they are still looking at the matter and promised to get back to me after 5 pm today . It has been almost a week with no phoneline. So much frustration .
TPG- if you cannot keep your promises , DO NOT give them.
I will wait for the response and the action from TPG .....

Once again and more fool me I was fleeced by TPG. Australian based company but apparently theres isnt an Australian staff member I can speak to, we had agrred to a pre-payment fee of $159.94 with $99.95 to be refunded when my service is active, I have a bill for $199.94 & will not be getting the $99.95 fee waived even though I was promised this. One thing in my favour is I record my phone calls to TPG, although they dont like this even though they apparently record the customer phone calls!!! Avoid TPG as the heartache is not worth it
