TPH Insolvency was established in 2013 by Tim Heesh. Tim has been involved in the insolvency industry for more than 25 years with various insolvency firms, most recently SV Partners as Executive Director. TPH's approach incorporates Tim�?�¢??s philosophy of protection and enhancement of value in the business. The ethos behind TPH is aimed to not lose sight of the human element in these stressful situations, always achieving the best possible outcomes without compromising objectivity.
The company was created to assist and help those business and individuals to firstly understand the financial position they find themselves in and then to work out a strategy, using this to move forward to the best possible solution.
The approach is to work towards asset strategies that aim at saving, preserving and enhancing their value, resulting in good outcomes for all stakeholders from creditors to business owner.
TPH has built, in a very short time, an alliance of qualified professionals and service providers to assist companies and individuals through the various stages of financial situations.
We recognise that nearly all individuals and businesses have existing professional advisors, but few have Insolvency Practitioners on speed dial. We are mindful of these existing professional relationships and will work with you and your existing Accountants, Lawyers and Financial Advisers so that the continuity of their support becomes an important aspect of the solution.
Many people and businesses who end up in a financially distressed position are likely to have 'survival' as their key objective. TPH's instincts are to acknowledge that underpinning motivation and it has developed its services to give every chance of 'survival' and then to provide stakeholders with tools and assistance to not only get over the survival hurdle but to assist in growing value and avoiding a repetition of the circumstances that gave rise to the financial distress.
