TRACCS Repairs and Parts

We had some insurance repairs done over Xmas/New Year & also asked Joe to check out the front of our 5th wheeler as the cladding was warping. His communication is appalling. His repairs took 2 1/2 months - awkward as we travel & live full time in our van.
So far, so good with the insurance repair (after we needed him to fix some shoddy workmanship) but the repair to the front had significant cracks after just 150km - we have since discovered that he used internal ply on an exterior panel! A couple of other issues too.
Joe unreachable as he went straight on a holiday. On his return he couldn't commit to the timeframe we needed for repair (we had a new job to go to) and we had to have it repaired elsewhere. During repair we also found some of his welds had cracked! We passed the repair bill on for reimbursement, but no response. We are now forced to lodge a QCAT claim.
We do not recommend him at all.

Originally wrote a bad review as I couldn't get a response to my text messages or voicemail. However he did turn up a day late and did a terrific job. He delayed his holiday to help us out. Highly recommended.

Great service and expert advice. Responded quickly and fixed the problem easily. Would recommend them no worries.
