Cannot do basic alterations and will hand clothing back without saying they have had trouble doing the job paid for. When they admit the quality is not right, they justify it saying that it is hit and miss and sometimes things don't work!? It was a hem! Surely the customer should be told if they are not sure they can do the job, so they can make the decision whether or not to risk having their clothing possible made totally unwearable (shorter than requested, uneven hem that goes up on one side and has ripples so it doesn't sit flat, holes in fabric where they made a mistake). Disgusting service, amateur work.
