I had Traditional Funerals look after my mum. At such a sad time I cannot say enough positive things about them. Their care, compassion and support was truly the best. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a funeral director. They made my mum's funeral so personal, it was all that she would have wanted and more. They truly honoured the wonderful lady she was.

Traditional Funerals at Burpengary are absolutely horrendous. They have been extremely unprofessional. They demand payment before telling you how much the final costs are, refuse to tell you how much the final costs are.
This review is not factual. Traditional Funerals has done all within their power to settle this matter however the customer has reused to answer phone calls, hung up and sworn at our staff and rejected an offer to personally meet. She signed an agreement clearly stating our terms of trade and yet refuses to acknowledge it. We have done all we can to meet her needs in a truely tragic situation. Anger is a part of grief and Traditional Funerals represents her loss.
