well now you should report that you got your 50 back how sorry i was what happened and that ive ordered a new complete face dial and hands to at n/c to fix the problem

This store is a complete joke. Had taken my designer watch there to only replace the battery, watch ended up in pieces and hadn't been returned for 6 weeks. Ended up with a missing inprinted designer backing and different handles, doesn't look like my watch and it looks like something you can buy in the kids store for $5 not for $250 which my watch was worth. Absolutelly ridiculous. What a joke. These people should not be repairing watches
I was abused and called a D*** Head and told to F*** Off by the management when I asked why a colleagues watch hadn't been repaired after being in store for 3 months so I wouldn't recommend going here to get any repairs done.
firstly when you came in with your collegue you stood in th back ground and i knew why you were there.
after you listening to me explaining again why the part hadn't arrived (which yes i broke ) you didnt introduce yourself and were rude and demanded the watch back you got what you deserved and your friend still has the omega loan watch "no i havnt forgotten"
at least i was honest and always nice and truthful to your friend
i try always to be honest and nice but you get what you give on a bad day sorry
i fix about 20 to 50 watches a day im good at it and there 500 to 1 good outcomes, again im sorry but parts are a big problem
