My husband purchased a trampoline for our son's birthday almost 3 weeks ago now, and we are still waiting on delivery. They have shipped us 2 of 3 packages, but obviously we cannot put the trampoline together without all of the parts.
On contacting customer service, my husband was met with rude and uncooperative staff, who would rather pass the buck to the courier company than take responsibility and ship us the missing parts, or issue a refund. Their website claims 3-5 days delivery, so we're now into our 3rd week! Because of them we have no present to give our son on his birthday.
Please, buy your trampoline somewhere else and save yourself a lot of time and hassle.
