Tramway Museum Sydney

Okay, this place is pretty far out from the city centre, so it is probably one of those places for those who a real tram enthusiasts, or if you are like me and you simply like going to really out of the way places. Still, if you like trams, then it is pretty cool, especially the warehouse, where there is a huge collection of old trams, which also includes a prison tram (go figure). They also run a couple of trams between Sutherland and the national park, though they aren’t actually open all that often (namely once or twice a week). Still, it’s not bad.

An absolute must for enthusiast. Take a tram ride into the royal national park. Its all done and kept by volunteers and my kids loved the short ride.
