During the practice of Transcendental Meditation, the mind settles down to a state of "pure consciousness," where it is silent, yet fully alert. As the mind settles, the body simultaneously gains very deep rest and relaxation.

I grew up in Sydney and learnt Transcendental Meditation in Sydney about 15 years ago. I really love my practice and get tremendous benefits in all areas of my life.
