Transcord Community Transport

My dying father and I joined Transcord in May 2022 and the first two rides were great due to the volunteer drivers. However, the third driver George was so disappointingly unprepared that he crammed my dad into the back with all the seats up. When that didn't work he blamed my dad for being unable to sit upright due to his severe Parkinson's condition then stranded us right before Father's Day. We had to catch a wheelchair taxi instead. I complained to the operations manager Torsten who kept interrupting and talking over me, completely contradicting his own hiring criteria to only recruit motivated, caring and reliable jobseekers. When I said I would further escalate the matter he sarcastically wished me 'good luck' suggesting this not-for-profit doesn't care if there's a problem.
