Transform yourself inside and out.Private Yoga and group classes are available.
Private Yoga sessions last for 75 minutes and are conducted in the convenience of your own home. The sessions are customised to your level of fitness, flexibility and strength and individual attention allows you to develop safely and more noticeably than standard yoga classes. Each Session is $95. Or 4 sessions (one month program) can be purchased for $350.
Group classes are also available. I travel to your home to conduct the 60 minute session. More attention is able to be given to the smaller number of participants. Cost is $10 per person- minimum number of people is 5 for me to come and share Yoga. ...read more
