I was horrified with the way the lady treated me when I took my son for a hair cut, I showed a picture of what I wanted and after 3 mins she said, there you go all done. It looked nothing like the picture I showed her, so I asked her to fix it a little, (very nicely), she gave me and the other staff member a filthy look and made several smart remarks about me while I was standing right there, treated me like absolute dirt, then blew my sons hair all over my daughter that was standing beside us, out of spite. For a paying client, It was the worst experience.
If I could leave no stars I would. The lady I got absolutely hacked at my hair while it was dry and kept pulling through my hair with the comb, creating lots of knots which she didn't get out nicely. She took over an inch of my hair off when I wanted a trim and a small amount of layering. My hair is uneven and looks like it's been butchered. I was trying to support a local business but will definitely never go back.
Transformers is the worst hair salon I've ever been to. They cut my sideburns nearly above my ears and they weren't level nor the same length. They finished my haircut within 5 minutes explaining why it was so bad. The only thing good about the place was the price but I will never ever get my hair cut their again. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!
