Transport Accident Commission (TAC)
Transport Accident CommissionThe TAC was set up in 1986 and is owned the VIC Government.
Its role is to promote road safety, to pay for treatments and benefits for people who got injured in transport accidents and to improve Victoria's trauma system.
The funding for these functions comes from vehicle registration payments, made by Victorian motorists.
As the TAC is a non-fault scheme, medical payments will be made regardless of who caused the accident.
However funds are used fairly and responsible to ensure TAC can meet the needs of injured people who need a lifetime care.

On Friday afternoon It was extremely nice of the lady from Client Assist to try and get 2 lots of Ashley's hours approved for 2 visits to the Peninsula Hot Springs, one in June and other one in August this time only since they already paid me for the RACV Healesville Country Club by mistake. This to make up for not going to the RACV Healesville Country Club in March and August this year since Ashley can't do anymore overnight trips since she doesn't have time.
Thursday week ago it was very nice of Jarod to fund me for a trip with Elise to the Gold Coast in April next year also on Monday afternoon it was lovely of Shaddy to also fund me for another trip to the RACV Healesville Country Club with Ashley in March next year as well.
I am extremely grateful that they have funded me for 2 holidays this year to the RACV Healesville Country Club with Ashley in March and now in August but I am disappointed that I have used up the maximum amount of holiday funding so they won't fund me for anymore holidays also they have excellent customer service.
Upon checking with Jarod Thursday week ago he said that I can have holidays for 28 days of a calendar year.
