We ordered products from Transquip Direct. After a very lengthy time, we received the products which were very outdated models of what we actually ordered and was advertised. Not only that they were completely corroded and not in any kind of working order. When questioning Transquip directly I was advised it was the manufacturer's wrongdoing not theirs as the manufacturer sent it to me directly. I called their manufacturer and they advised it was a complete lie. The manufacturers do not ship to end users and it is simply this company trying to avoid responsibility. I am instead having the manufacturer replace the part under warranty. The suppliers are completely dodgy. Buyers beware! #reviewtowin

I personally took your phone call & have a clear recollection of it. The solution offered was the goods would be exchanged at no charge.
