Travel 2000

Holidaying is something that my family is quite cultured in. Many international and domestic trips have been had with no issues at all when booking with travel agents. But everyone always says there’s a first time for everything and I guess my families first time for dealing with a bad travel agent had come. This holiday was booked through travel 2000 as a group booking but the return flights of each person or small group of people in the group differed depending on when they wanted to return home to their families awaiting them.

I honestly can't fault this agency. I have been dealing with them for over 6 years now and never encounter a problem. To Ghada and the team, keep up the good work.

WORST TRAVEL AGENT I HAVE EVER USED. I travel a lot and I have never experienced anything like this before. Not only did she book me the wrong return date, when I realised the mistake she refused to fix it and wouldn't take any of my calls. I was stuck in another country with two kids under 2 and no way of getting home. I would recommend anyone reading this to NOT use this travel agent unless you want a problem.

An absolute nightmare!! Agent never advised any travel requirements regarding visas and also travel insurance. Agency would take no responsibility and now wants to charge a ticketing fee as we are getting flight money back but have lost all the money for accommodation!!

It is an agents job and responsibility as shown on NSW department of fair trading website to advise on visas they failed to do their job and we arrived at the country and got refused entry and had to fly back!!! Management and the booking agent both tried to call the airline to get a refund and said sorry they won't you need to pay again!!! Then I rang and next day got a full refund on the flights!!
