Kim is a wonderful and professional travel agent. I was so stressed out to travel a long distance trip with three connections and 6 year old twins until I met Kim. She gave me suitable travel options with various connections and prices and recommended the best route that suits my budget and personal circumstances ( two kids!!!). Kim responds to inquiries immediately and comprehensively and her responses are tailored to needs and preferences. Kim met me at time and place that suits me. Kim's work ethics are of a high standard and she goes beyond her role to make sure the client is well looked after. Thanks to Kim, I remembered to renew my kids' passports. Few days before travelling, Kim gave my kids toys and books to keep them busy during the flight. Kim's service is personalized and she goes with you step by step through out the journey as if she is travelling with you, or so she wishes :-)

Kim always goes above and beyond when she helps plan and book your travel arrangements no matter where in the world you are or want to go. Kim booked a trip from the UK to the USA for us last year and was brilliant - sorting out our quite specific requirements quickly and efficiently and always cheerfully, even when we changed our minds!
