The holiday you organized for our 25th year anniversary was amazing.
We loved every aspect of the holiday
Every hotel was centrally located which made it easy to walk to restaurants , hop on hop of buses were within walking distance (great way to see all tourist spots)
Always had some one to pick us up from airports and hotels making everything run smoothly.
The tours you organized were fantastic and the cruise was spectacular.
We can't thank you enough.

Great service, as I am based in Sydney and Karen in SA we worked comfortably entirely by e-mail and a few phone calls. I did not have to sit on the phone while she's was researching my trip, or to have to make multiple phone calls to nail down the flights or hotels that we preferred to use. Karen was able to do all of this by e-mail, with response times measured in minutes or hours, not days. Funny story, one of our flight was delayed and I made a comment on my face book status, the first comment I received was from Karen "Do you need help with re booking another flight"..........Great to know we had someone looking out for us
