not the greatest of service slow, late. However the online processing and ordering of currency is a very good user experiance. For that I would recommend.

I recently ordered currency online. The T&Cs were not very clear and because I didn't BPay within 24 hours they cancelled my first exchange. Very annoyed because I had to redo the order. Customer service was awful - they didn't even offer to place the order for me, just said I had to restart from scratch on the website.

Got my currency in the end. Was fine standard service on pick up. Better exchange rates than most competitors.
