Travellers Autobarn Brisbane

I had an amazing experience with Travellers Autobarn when I hired a chubby campervan from them in November. The customer service was amazing previous to us picking up the van and even when we arrived the guys at the depot were awesome showing us our vehicle, making sure we knew all we needed to know and they also made sure we had everything we needed on board too. We even had a little break down at the end of the trip and the process we dealt with was quick, easy and painless with roadside assistance joining us within the hour. I would 100% recommend this company for families, couples or backpackers alike.

The location of the Brisbane site is ideal. They were helpful and willing to answer questions. The talk on the vehicle was brief, but self explanatory, and has a DVD which goes through all the issues or basic functions of the van. We had only one mechanical fault throughout the duration of the rental, this being to a loose Drew upon starting van, the mechanic was at the site within 10minutes of calling TA helpline, so obviously have extensive mechanic network. The only issues for feedback is toll roads. There was very little explained apart from if you incurr charges. Coming from somewhere where we don't pay tolls the system is hard, and a bit backward. More time should be explained as to what should be done to prepaying for tolls, and not this is what you do when you are fined and it's too late, but it's not our fault.
