We stayed here for a night, allowing us to try all the different restaurants and gaming areas. The Travelodge seems brand new and sufficiently supplied with a kitchenette as well. It was super clean, comfortable and they even left us a nice little card, water bottle and chocolate to enjoy on our stay!
Travelodge is what makes this place a destination at the Bankstown Sports Club. The 'Vegas-like' leisure and entertainment complex is so breathtakingly designed, each cuisine and venue space stands on its own with very defined character. Travelodge boasts views of up to 8 floors and it was great to wake up to higher ground overlooking the area. The glass lifts are great opening you up to the heights and views and the breakfast buffet is served at Greenfield Bistro downstairs. A railway themed restaurant, it adds to the experience. The buffet has many options from freshly made eggs to order, pancakes, typical hot english breakfast, cereals, yoghurt, fruit and pastries. Wonderful experience all in all. There was a handwritten note from the manager and staff, knowing there are 162 other hotel rooms in this property, really appreciate small touches like this. We were pleasantly surprised by the service, room and facilities at Bankstown travelodge. Located within the sports club this is the perfect place to stay when in the area, with excellent restaurants at your doorstep. The room was clean, comfortable and made for a very pleasant stay. Parking was complimentary for all guests and the staff were very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone staying around the area.
