Bruce & Alison were great, they knew exactly what i wanted and were able to book the trip for me. We were also able to contact Bruce and Alison while were in Hawaii and they organised some tours for us nothing was a problem and communitcation was fabulous.
We will use Wyong Travel Planners for our next holiday.
Please know that Travel Planners has been under new ownership for the last 3 years, and I'm not sure why "zazz" had an issue, but that's not my experience. I received very thorough, personalised service and I have no hesitation in recommending them. The agent who got my trip together was very thorough and communicated well. I had given specific hotels I wanted to stay at, and asked for local tour information to be sourced in a particular city on a particular day. I had found certain flights with one airline, but they found even better ones with another airline. They gave me great information on travel insurance – the company they use actually insures you from the time you leave your house so that if there are travel delays even getting to the airport, you are covered, and this is of great value to us who live in the Central Coast! Under no circumstances deal with this company.The owner is not capable of returning emails if there is a problem with your trip...learn from our experience ...
we at Travelplanners regret that you had to cancel your travel arrangements because of Terrorism in France and that you did not recieve some emails that were sent to you, we trust you come back and give us a chance to make your next trip memorable
On a recent holiday to Thailand, booked through Travelplanners, they managed to stuff up basic bookings for ferries and our hotel. When we arrived at Nathon Pier, Koh Samui, where they had told us to go. The receipt they told us to print wasn't recognised and the company we booked it through didn't even stop at that pier. So we paid again for another ferry. They organised a convoluted route to our hotel, which involved paying extra for a pick up, when we could have caught a ferry to a pier two minutes walk from our hotel. At our hotel we found out they had outsourced the booking to a company that had used a budget booking site. They had also stuffed up the booking so instead of sleeping on two seperate beds, I spent 9 days sleeping on the same bed with my cousin. They have not replied to my email sent on January 14 asking them to explain the booking mishap and it has been over 17 days. They refuses to CC any the owners in on complaint emails.
