Wow. The MOST appalling service I've ever experienced! We received soggy and uncooked fish and stale (and certainly not cripsy as ordered) chips. Upon calling and speaking with the management staff, their response was "sorry about that" and HUNG UP ON ME!! I called back, they answered with attitude saying "it's Friday night so we're busy..." as an excuse for the terrible quality provided. Said it would be 25 minutes to replace and if I didn't like that, too bad. Wow. Seriously shocked at the service. I do hope they read this. I'll be telling everyone I know about this, perhaps you'd best hire someone who understands decent customer service.............

Great quality fish and chips, easily best in area with a variety of options I have not seen elsewhere (especially interesting potato cakes). Service can get busy on weekends.
