This guy is an absolute rip off! I can't even begin to start with the problems I have had with him and my treadmill. Over a year it's now been sitting here and I have spent over $500 with Darren. I don't know how he sleeps at night! I still can't use it. He babbles on profusely while here, distracting you from the fact that he is taking away your part (which is probably nothing wrong with) and then replacing it with another "new part" (yeah right!) - have tried multiple times to phone, text and email - no response - no doubt this guy has gone out of business. Tip one - don't employ him, tip two - don't let him take away your parts and three - get a proper invoice - this he doesn't seem to give out.
My suggestion is, find someone else to service your treadmill unless you have money to waste.
3 months!! From initial service to me walking away from $100 paid to Darren for nothing but a great deal of stress and wasted time.
Lots and lots of unanswered phone calls and texts.

I contacted Darren because of the reviews posted on True Local and I am VERY HAPPY that I did! He was very helpful on the phone and fixed my treadmill within 48 hours. The other repairman I spoke to wanted us to take the treadmill to him....It weighs a ton and we don't have a vehicle big enough, not many people would! Thank goodness for Darren!
I highly recommend Darren's friendly and efficient service. He returned my call immediately, came out and found the problem, sourced the difficult part to be replaced and had it all repaired within only 3 days of my call. Thank you Darren. My cross trainer is as good as new.
