Great pricing but after the builder completed works-several problems persist after my complete gutt-out bathroom renovation. Firstly, even though builder knew I had a wall mounted unit, he put the pipe through the floor, so now I have an ugly pipe you can see under my vanity. Secondly, the builder had not sealed corners and 90 degree walls of shower with sealant. Subsequent leaking through wall occurred and water damage to timber flooring (which shouldn't occur if the waterproofing was done correctly. I suspect the waterproofing may have a hole in it and is tiled over-something I don't want to strip out and start again with). Whilst builder did return to fix this issue (credit to him for doing that), I now have a new issue (thirdly)- my toilet keeps blocking up. After paying for plumbers to fix it several times ($1,000k cost for all the call outs so far), the latest plumber took a look at the work and told me that the pipe through the floor (that builder installed) was only ...read more
Reno time.... I don’t believe that a builder no matter who it was would install 40mm pipe for a sewer,,, secondly it’s not the builder but a plumber that does the plumbing.. and if it was the case a professional plumber would not touch other trades work. I think your plumber so you coming..$$$$$$.
I have just had Treadstone Builders renovate my bathroom & kitchen.
The quite was very competitive and reasonable. The builder listened to what i required and made some good alternative suggestions too.
The builder made the process very easy and streamline. I had to go away often for work overnights several times during the renovation. I left him keys and he ensured my property was fully locked every night after he finished and kept me updated on progress through emails and phone calls.
The finished job was very good attention to detail superb. Nothing seemed to be a bother for him.
I recommend Treadstone for any renovation/ building job.
