The Helensvale store I felt discusted because of my complection, dark skinned i felt like all eyes on me. Thinking I was stealing which is so wrong, no customer should feel that way. And to add my horrible experience they gave me false information about your macrame necklaces. The worker at Helensvale said I could fit any gemstone in it if I stretch it, but that Was a false accusation because I’ve been trying to stretch it from tumbled gemstone to a raw which can’t happen, which I was told I can. I’m upset with the customer service I’ve been givin and the product knowledge as well. Please learn from your customer service mistake as false information was given I wish no one endures the same “fact” as I have.
