I don’t usually write reviews but my experience at the tree of life store was so bad that I signed up to this site . I had similar positive experiences with lovely helpful staff until I had tried to exchange a dress that I had purchased. I had bought a relatively expensive dress on sale amongst other things when I got it home I tried it on and seemed a bit long and Couldn’t seem to get the bow to sit properly at the top of my cleavage with a normal bra so I asked if I could bring it back ,they said it was fine as long as I had the tags and receipt , I tried the dress on once when I got home after removing the tags and then it sat in the bag for 10 days until I tried to return it , I brought the dress back and tags and receipt and tried on some other garments I was told it was only exchange and I said I was happy with that ,after trying on clothes for around 40 minutes I decided on some items and then as I was changing there was a power blackout in the store . This Tree of Life feels more authentic than any other one I have been to, due to it being in Newtown & eclectic mix of shops & people in the area.
It has an excellent variety with something for everyone in the family,
Clothes, Incense, Soap, Candles, Books, Blankets & too much more to mention, it is worth a look in.
Staff are well informed & helpful.
