Reliable is something that this guy is not. After arranging a time at least 4 times, without a phone call apology before or after, he finally came around unannounced and decided that he couldn't do it for the price that he originally quoted. No negotiation of a higher price, he just decided that he didn't want to do it. Pathetic.
