Tremlett Jewellery

I had Awful experience with this jeweler. After friend recommended him I took my wedding ring to be made by Tremlett. What a mistake it was!
Took over 2 months for this simple job, even though promised to complete in 10 days.
When it was finally complete, the ring was such a poor quality that had to send back to reset all diamonds again (1 carat diamonds in a ring -all were uneven!)
To top it up, very Unhelpful staff throughout the whole time.
And now I am still chasing the jeweler to provide me with the valuation for this ring...considering seeking assistance of nsw fair trading.

Whilst the pieces here are not always to my taste, the service is very friendly and polite. They really do genuinely enjoy and take pride in what they do and that shows

Simon is charming and charismatic and we liked him immediately. He took the time to pick out a wedding band we loved that would match the engagement ring which we also asked him the resize.

Over the next 5 visits he had to resize the rings twice each as they were way too small (and then blamed me for supposedly changing). I have measured ring size "O" on every visit and it took him several goes to get to "O" but he hasn't got records so didn't have to apologise. Excellent service. We had our engagement ring custom made here. It was top quality so we went back and bought our 2 wedding bands. Simon is very helpful, explains everything thoroughly and genuinely wants you to have a good experience within his store. Would highly recommend. Price is very competitive too

I took my engagement ring to get resized at Tremlett and was very pleased with the result. It was a family ring and had a lot of sentimental value and from the outset I felt as though they were very professional and I could trust them. The price they quoted us was twice what all the other jewellers in the Westfield quoted but we wanted it done properly so went with them. In the end, it was only about $20-30 more than the very dodgy looking other places we asked at. When asked, Simon (the jeweller) took his time to tell us more about the ring material and stones and its origin. It took 6 days (4 working days) for the ring to be ready and it was polished and cleaned brilliantly. They were very approachable and friendly and clearly very professional and know their stuff.
