I would no go there ever again! She took the foils out which was $95 the colour was not what i wanted. It was like nothing changed. So in all i had already been sitting there for 2 hours. Then she had to put a toner it and then she had to cut it. So i paid $150 for something i wasnt happy with and i dont know about you but a $55 dollar hair cut is bonkers. I should not have had to pay for a toner when i asked for a colour and it was not given to me. I will never go there again. I went somewhere else in stanhope and got it fixed before my birthday.

Rang up on behalf of my wife to book her in for a hair cut/colour/foils etc. Wanted to book for 7pm on a Thursday night. Was told that was too late for what they wanted done and 6pm was the latest. Ok, no worries, we'll go with 6pm then I said. My wife leaves work early to make the appointment...arrives at the salon...sorry, can you come back in 10 mins? Yep no worries she says. Comes back in 15mins to allow them some time, sorry, we're still not finished...can you come back in 10 mins etc etc etc. This happens a couple more times and by now it's 7pm, which was the original time I asked to book for and was told that was too late. It's too late when she's booking but after they've stuffed everything up time wise all of a sudden it's Ok for 7pm? She's still wandering around somewhere in Rouse Hill Town Centre waiting for this lot to get their act ...read more
