5 stars is not enough! I've been going to Kirra and her team for years now and they are hands down the absolute best. I have changed my hair a number of times over the past few years, blonde, brown, balayage, with and without extensions, and every time I have walked out extremely happy with the results. Not only are the girls amazing at what they do but they are all super lovely as well. In addition to the wonderful service, the pricing is also extremely reasonable which is important when you're blonde and need to have your hair done regularly! Could not and will not trust anyone else with my hair!
Could not have been more disappointed. I had looked forward to having a pregnancy pick me up and trying this salon. I went in with a picture and described exactly what I liked from this. After $375 and 4 hours, I ended up with something so far from what I asked for! Whilst my hair was being dried I commented on how dark it was and made it clear I wasn't happy. I was fobbed off, saying the salon was just dark?
I was never offered any magazines or anything you would expect for the money I paid. I got home and cried. When I called (which I have never done in my life) I was told to just try washing my hair as it might fade?! (After spending close to $400!) and that I couldn't be booked in for over a week. I messaged them
Privately hoping a manager might care a bit more... I never even got a response. I kept the booking for over a week later, but then got Gastro and couldn't go... no one bothered to offer me another spot. So I've given up and will never go back or recommend.
I would like to thank Kirra for coming to my rescue. I urgently needed a stylist for my wedding day , she managed to fit me in for a practice, really listened to what I wanted, and on my wedding day she styled my hair superbly. Everyone, and I mean everyone, commented from as far away as England on how beautiful my hair looked on that day. Thank you again..... Katharine Williamson, now Boddy..................xxxxxxxxxx
