DO NOT USE THIS PERSON.
Trevor installed an Electric Hot Water system for me 3 months ago. It stopped working last week. Rang Trevor, didn't want to know about it, not my problem.
Unfortunately I paid him cash for the job, so Centrelink wouldn't find out and cut his pension, so he knew he had me stuffed.
I paid someone else to fix the problem, and they told me how poorly it was installed.

I had an appointment with them last weekend but they never showed... when I tried to contact them it went to voicemail, left a message but they never called back, very unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I don't know why they bothered advertising there services in the paper...

My mum just got them out 30/6/10. 2 hours late. Charged $200 for a five minute job. My father was a plumber and died only 2 years ago. They even knew my father. No respect and an outrageous price for a lady who is 74 and on the pension. I am disgusted.

Failed to show up on 2 separate occasions. Don't waste your time with them.
