They charge top dollar & yet are so unprofessional, not providing confirmation of your appt, giving no indication of a time & therefore expect you to sit around for 8 hrs waiting for a technician to maybe or maybe not arrive. The office dont pick up the phone until 10:30am & when they finally do they are abrupt & make you feel as though they are doing you a huge favour by coming out. Go elsewhere if you can, these guys need to get their acts together & provide better service.
