This is where I choose to go for a hair cut even though it's out of area for me because I've had so many good cuts from Hitomi and really respect her work. She is a great listener and technically amazing. She spends a lot of time perfecting the finer details of the cut and the results of that really show. Very glad to recommend her work.
I had a scalp treatment this Wednesday and it was my first time here. I had an appointment with Mani since I read all the good reviews about him. However, they assigned the apprentice Erin to me when I walked in for my appointment. She was very inexperienced and brushed my hair roughly that made me hurt. When she washed my hair she did not rub my scalp at all but only washed my hair. I made a complaint about it and she just gave me an attitude and had someone else take over but it was not better. I paid 60 dollars but received a mediocre, unprofessional service. In addition, I was so upset after receiving the treatment and accidentally left my coat in the salon. I got it back the next day but it was all damaged and the owner told me they are not responsible for ruining my coat. I am really shocked by their insolent behaviour and will never go back again. Hi Catherine, thankyou for taking the time (yet again) to share your experience. As I explained to you on one of the many times you rang treatments and basin services are always done by salon assistants or apprentices. In this instance when Erin identified she wasnt meeting your expectation she handed over to a male colleague who had stronger hands. This I feel was the correct course of action.
You left your coat in our cloak cupboard overnight, we have not damaged or even touched it. it was certainly not laundered as you mentioned on the phone. We dont have a laundry we use eco single use towels. Your comments are unfounded and simply untrue. You keep agitating for compensation for laundering your garment a refund on service and a replacement coat. This isn't going to happen.
just because you stamp your feet and have a tantrum doesnt mean you get what you want
