Terrible company. We did not order the inks but they were sent to us automatically as a "subscription". We wanted to arrange pick-up but they would not cooperate but kept talking us into keeping them. Invoiced on 30/04/13 but inks were sent to us around 7/06/13 (we did not order). Even if we ordered, it should have been received earlier. Ridiculous sales strategy. When I called, their response to you that their toners' shelf lives are up to 5 years and you can always swap/exchange within 5 years. --> Any logical person will know it is not true for businesses to do that. They will simply not allow returns (Remember we did not order it, it was sent to us automatically without disclosing the subscription terms to us. We never subscribed anyway).
Do not buy from them.
exactly the same thing happened to me and they are still ringing me. i just hang up., but they are terrible..
I DO NOT recommend this companys printer cartridges! Tridex approached my business a while back and extolled the virtues of their long life printer cartridges. I agreed to trial one and my problems started.
