Remedial Massage

Clinical Massage is generally a firmer massage . Helps ease pain, where chronic low grade pain persists.
Clinical Massage is recommended when trying to recover from chronic muscular pain conditions. This treatment often works the location of muscular pain incorporating pain pathways where pain referral hinders mobility.
Stress Massage
Stress massage is becoming more popular than other massage in the clinic today. Sometimes talking to someone in a safe environment who is trained in Counselling can have an extremely therapeutic outcome for a mind seeking clarity. Combined with soothing the body the mind feels relaxed as well. One day I feel this may become a mainstream therapy perhaps replacing some prescribed medications.

After a serious cycling accident resulting in bad back and shoulder pain, I needed a lot of remedial massage to relieve the tension and manage pain as part of my recovery.
I've been seeing Trina fortnightly for almost 2 years and her treatments have been an integral part of my recovery. She is very knowledgable about injury management and the role massage can play. Her treatments are tailored specifically to what you need and her studio is a lovely place of respite from the hectic world outside. Would not hesitate in highly recommending Trina.

I have only suffered from muscle aches and pains rarely although in saying that, Everytime I have - I visited the clinic in Mosman. The reason for my first visit was actually due to having a stiff pain in my lower jaw ( strange one) Trina was able to identify, rectify and fix the problem all within a 30 minute session. Her professional manner while still being very level and not inundating me with medical jargon left me feeling confident and knowing when I walked out of the clinic my problem would be ( and was) fixed. I have now unfortunately moved north - although whenever I am around Sydney visiting family I always schedule time in too see Trina. She really is fantastic
Working long hours hunched over a computer, running, traveling, and sitting in planes, I often suffer from having a very stiff neck and lower back. I was needing a good massage therapist to assist in relieving the stress and pain and I didnt need to go far. Hidden between the chicken shop and Brunskills' Pharmacy up the stairs in Mosman, I found Trina Steer and her Clinical Massage Clinic. The clinic is beautifully presented, in a very calm and tranquil atmosphere. The clinic rooms have a wall displaying a number of professional diplomas and qualifications which was good to see and Trina is very professional as well as friendly and warm. The massage treatment was amazing, hurt a bit at times but I was constantly asked about the pressure being applied. The neck and back now feel great, my stress levels are down and I am now returning to the clinic for regular massage treatments and not just for my neck but also nagging sporting knee injuries.
