I purchased an Isuzu from Trinity Ford unseen over the internet. I was told servicing had been completed and now I learn that only items for the Roadworthy Certificate were done. The vehicle had nearly 100,000 k and the 90,000 k service had not been done. The paintwork was not cleaned after touch up and some marks were still present. The Mechanical Protection Plan offered in "negotiations" is useless and worthless. I was told to cancel this policy and request a refund under the Refund Policy. Now that it is cancelled I am being told there is no refund. I will try another dealer next time.
I recently bought a new XR6 Falcon Ute for my partner as a surprise. I told them what I wanted. There was no hard sell when selling the vehicle.
