We used Triple R for our recent wedding and could not have been happier. The service was prompt and the driver was friendly. The car looked fantastic in our photos and was more spacious inside than I was expecting. My husband and I used Triple R for our wedding and they were GREAT! From the time we booked to the day they were so easy to deal with, especially Pia. On the day the cars and the drivers were spotless. The drivers were a pleasure to deal with and I would reccomend Triple R to anyone.
We got 3 cars. We were promised air conditioning on our 28C wedding day but the driver wouldn't turn it on because "it was too hot on the day". But I didn't let it get to me.
I didn't let it get to me when it broke down outside our house and we had to push start it to get to church.
I didn't let it get to me when it broke down 4 blocks from the church, and we had to walk in the most expensive suit i'll ever buy.
But when I contacted them after the honeymoon, I didn't even get a 'sorry'. Instead I got "ppl love to get photos pushing the car" and "i would have paid for the cab ride for the 4 blocks".
I didn't think we would have to go to tribunal to get something back but we did. Not a very fair merchant.
