Can only speak for the reception and doctor Idris. I found being a popular clinic the reception can be a little slow and at times needing to call several times to make a apointment but very friendly and helpful staff working at reception. Doc Idris is a very friendly and professional doctor and would recomend him as a very competent doctor. I use to go to belmont bulk billing and got very use to over a hour wait and never seeing the same doctor and very blunt and sometimes rude staff in comparison to tristar. It was a one off visit to tristar that really made me notice how bad belmont bulk billing was. Two thumbs up for tristar grovedale great friendly practice.... 5 star
For a Bulk Billing clinic this place is first rate. Short wait times, same day appointments,lovely staff and the doctors are all pleasant, caring and professional especially Dr. Majeed who is just wonderful! I have to drive 20 minutes to get there but it's totally worth it.
