We are new to this area and chose Tristar Medical Centre during the Covid lockdowns around the country last year. We have never had a problem getting a same day appointment, the receptionists are friendly and helpful, the doctors are extremely thorough and make follow calls and appointments. We feel we made a good decision by choosing Tristar because we have experienced the best service.

always helpful, when I needed their support

I waited a full hour after my appointment before being seen by a doctor, and the lady sitting opposite waited an hour and a half, at 10am, how can they be so far behind when they open at 8.30? The staff told me they could process my medicare claim on the spot and it would be deposited straight back into my account - wrong as I was sent a checque a week later. If I had known that I would have processed the claim myself online and had it transferred into my account.
