Trivett Honda Paramatta Service

We had our HR-V serviced last year.
They called us and said the battery needs yo be changed.
It's been almost a year and we had noe issue with that battery.

Thank you for rejecting my review True local so let me get this time straight. Let me be clear that my rating of very poor is for Trivet Customer service and Warranty repairs,not for servicing cars.
Honda Trivet service centre could not fix my under waranty Honda Jazz problem of Fuel gauge level mechanisam. In fact sales man made me feel upset with his arogant disbelieve of problem, without checking him self, he made me feel stupid, I could not bear this customer service and walked away so my car never got fixed.
They would not fix broken car internal door plastic bottle holder either claiming that we broke it with excesive force.
Honda Trivet can't fix noise unbalanced valve system on our 2003 CR-v that makes engine excesively shake when I asked them to look into this on two occasions.

I have a Honda civic. Booked an appointment today for recall-air bag service. I arrived early morning and was told that I need to come again as some parts are not available. They are fixing part of it and leave the rest later until other parts available in a near future. This created a lot of trouble to me for coming here twice. Also, my husband need to drive me home as I arrived at 8.30am and expecting it done at around 1.30pm.
I rather have my car done when all parts are available and do it at one go. How annoying that I need to go again. They should ring me and tell me that some parts are not available and ask me if I want to come later to have it done at one go. I will not put my car for service in this shop.

Extremely impolite and unprofessional sales team. Especially the sales management. I had a 2 year old with me holding a small rubber car and slightly rolled it over one car parked outside. The sales person who was serving us started complaining as if the little boy has smashed the car and ran inside to get the whole Sales team to fight with us. The whole sales team started jumping up and down and the sales management said to me how about if I roll it over your car and I told them you are more than welcome to do that, but look at your size, and you are comparing yourself with a 2 year old. I finally walked out without saying anything else. Be very careful if you are going there with a kid.
