I have been having my Tribeca serviced there since I bought it in 2008. However I have come to realise that I have been paying for the overpriced service fee for no reason. They have apprentices service the cars & then charge top dollar.

In January I had my car serviced there & 10 days after picking it up my car overheated because they forgot to clip the radiator hose on when eventually got a hole & depleted the radiator & my engine of water. This resulted in my head gasket having to be replaced, followed by a new engine. My car was at approx 120,000 & they claimed the hose coming of the clip was wear & tear & not negligence. After shopping around, we traded-in our car and purchased a new vehicle from Denlo Subaru last week. We have so far been delighted with their team's customer service - particularly from Natasha in vehicle delivery who greatly assisted us at a very busy time. We hope that our positive Denlo experience continues.

Definitely steer clear of this mob. As other reviewers have commented, customer service is poor and non existent once you've paid the bill. Booked my service online for a Forester, and turned up on the morning to be told it wasn't on their system despite my having an email confirmation of the booking- their only response was that sometimes the booking doesn't get sent through to them. Right.
When the job was completed I was told everything checked out so I paid in good faith and hopped in the car- and found a plastic trim panel on the drivers seat had partly come off, which obviously occurred when they were working on the car- service desk guy made no apologies but said they would have sort it out. Right.

We went in today to test drive the forrester .. We were pretty happy with the car and wanted to know what trade in value we would get for our existing car, initially they quoted incredibly low prices which were just not acceptable to us. They then asked us what amount we were ready to accept. We told them what our expected price would be, and we stated very clearly that we would like to do our research as well. The sales staff then stepped out for a few minutes and came back saying " congrats your car has been sold . Lets get the paper work for the new car done". We then said that there was no way that we would sign the contract today and would need atleast a week before we would dive into the commitment.
