Terrible business. Do not use! We paid a deposit with install cost of $1600. The final install cost AFTER we paid the full $8500 was then changed to $4000. They corner you after delivering all the materials then saying you can use whoever you want to install if you dont like our new quote, even though they quote as fully installed to start with. Terrible business practice and the management, was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout even making my wife cry over the phone. They then hung up on me when I asked why the install had gone up $2400. Avoid at all costs.
This has been the best purchase I've made in quite a while! This summer has been unbearably hot, but it's just amazing how cool it is under my Bali hut. I have a patio fan that makes spending time there even better. The hut itself is very well built and sturdy, and so far has proven to be water proof like it is advertised.
We have a new pool and needed a shaded area to spend time in. We contacted Tropical Lifestyle and I have to say we got the best care from them! On the first phone call I was presented with all the options I had available for gazebos and decking, etc. Once I chose what I wanted, i got an invoice stating all of it and bascially all I had to do was wait. My Bali hut was installed three weeks later and it's the best spot to be in the garden now! I fully recommend Tropical Lifestyle.
These guys were great to deal with, gave me all the options and took the time to talk through it with me. I got a good deal with their winter warmer package, and had the hut installed within a few weeks of paying the initial deposit! The hut looks amazing, their installers done a great job - what more can I say? I'm so impressed I've been recommending my friends and family!!
Very poor customer service throughout whole purchase to delivery. Was told timber poles would be painted but they turned up green. When questioned they then said we don't paint incase they get scratched. They provide one small touch up paint which doesn't even cover 2 of the poles in one coat of paint. Let Aline touch up the roof timber which is painted in one coat . ( needs to be 2 ). Instructions to DIY are very poor and basic. For a generic 3 x 3 gazebo. Too bad what type of materials your roof is made of. Doesn't tell you how far poles need to go into ground.
Very disappointed with the overall service.
