Do you want to get fit, have fun and learn something new for yourself, or with your family?

If the answer is yes, then come and try Olympic style Taekwondo with us at TRU Taekwondo.

We are a family run, family friendly club that cater for all ages, and families are welcome to train together.

We don't charge a fortune, like some Taekwondo clubs, and we believe you need to earn your Black Belt, with hard work and dedication, by truly learning the art of Taekwondo.

We are part of Sports Taekwondo Australia, so every one of our students are registered, and insured, with the governing body of Taekwondo in Australia, and receive a STA membership card.

TRU Taekwondo offers a friendly affordable club where young people or families can get fit, have fun and develop self-esteem and confidence, while gaining skills and knowledge in the art of self-defence. The club offers the opportunity for students to train for personal fitness as well as to compete at State, Interstate, National and International levels

We are also registered to accept the Sport Vouchers through the Office for Recreation and Sport.

Our classes are held at our new fully matted training facilities at Unit 4, 77 Greenwith Road, Golden Grove on Monday and Wednesday nights from 6:30pm and the first 2 trial lessons are FREE.

Feel free to bring along any friends or family, as the club is open to everyone from 4 years old.

All you need to do is wear something comfortable to move in and bring a water bottle.
