I hired them based on all the positive reviews here and was greatly disappointed. They quoted on an daily rate promising to be on site from 7.30am-4pm every day but I would call them at 8am to find them at home doing their paperwork "like they do every morning". They were doing other jobs for real estate agents at the same time and would make me their last priority, always with a new excuse about why they couldn't turn up that day. At one point they decided they did not want to continue the job so they stopped turning up and would not answer my calls or messages. Later I got an SMS apparently claiming this person was in hospital indefinitely with a sore back. I don't believe it was genuine. They then refused to return my house keys. The excuses are continuous and completely unbelievable. I will never be using them again.
Peter has a great attention for detail, always meets his deadline and is incredibly professional. It's worth every cent to hire a professional and have the job done right the first time no matter how big or small the project. I will definitely be using TruBlue Handyman again in the near future!
