Truc Le Hair Design

I have been coming to see Truc for a couple of years and was relatively satisfied with their level of service. Truc has always made an extra effort to fit me in, even when he was fully bookek & very busy & the staff were extremely friendly as well. I received fabolous haircut from Truc & was very happy with my colour. Le Chi gave me the best hairwash and massage. I have never experienced this type of pampering in my life. They greet me when i walk in and open the door when I walk out. I was blissful when I left the salon. I am 50 and looked and felt 20 yrs younger at the end of the session. I will never go to another salon and cannot praise Truc & his team enough. Highly recommended to everyone in the areas and also to new customer !!!!!!

The experience was definitely not pleasant. They very obviously rushed the whole process as the lady was pulling on my hair and stabbing me with her fingers (with no apology).I had recieved the roughest hair drying experience ever. The haircut was also very rushed, rough and my hair was cut uneven. Could almost recieve the same result at a $10 express salon. Although the staff are very friendly.

Busiest and best hair salon experience i have ever had. definately only coming back here as of now.
i was squeezed in for a last minute colour stuff up by someone else on thursday night. everybody at the salon was super friendly, Truc was so confident and took control of my hair. Expensive but i got exactly the colour that no hairdresser could achieve. cant wait for my next visit. had so much compliment from random

My hair cut looks amazing and i feel great and confident again.. thank you so much to truc and his team they really listern to what i wanted.. love my smokey ombre colour. its was worth the drive. gave me awesome tips to do my hair. got me out in time to pick up my kids. highly recommend

Booked an appointment and when I arrived a little early, it was obvious my appointment wasn't recorded and I felt as though I was an inconvienence-not a great first time experience. Briefly saw the Hair stylist who soon passed me on to the colourist. Rather than feeling I was in a high end hair salon, I felt like I was on a conveyor belt quickly trying to get me out of there. In the end I was charged nearly $400 for a cut and colour (and apparently a bunch of other stuff I didn't ask for) and no one in the salon even knew my name by the end of my appointment!!! The stylist literally asked me my name while he was taking my payment. At least learn my name before robbing me! I don't mind paying high end prices, but it's very hard to enjoy the cut when the experience simply wasn't there! I will say the colour is great, but the cut looks rushed and needs improvement.
