Packing staff were awesome.... removalist not great nor careful and owner/manager disappointing in regards to ongoing conversations in regards to changes prior to removal ...... would not recommend nor use again
Dear Ann, the relocation went well. The only time we had delayed communications was after the work was completed. I invoiced you on the 22nd, for the work completed and replied to your queries regarding the invoice on the 24th. During these very busy times I am surprised that 2 business days to respond to emails is bad communications.
I also tried to telephone you but no answer to discuss your queries.
