True Potential Massage Yoga & Meditation

With 25 years expereince and knowledge in massage therapy and personal growth I am been fortunate enough to help people regain their health and balance through periods of high stress, illnesses or emotional turmoil. Often these things are part of life that then move us towards improving our lifestyles or including more of the things in our life that give us joy and happiness.

By using Remedial Massage, authentic Hot and Cold Stone Massage and Chiron Energy Healing techniques I help the body release the tensions that accumulate and block clear thoughts and pleasure. Through Meditation classes and Personal Growth classes I teach people how to recognise when they are out of balance and how to use a variety of tools to regain perspective of stressful events and release the tensions that then interfer with flow and joy in your life.
