Also known as: Aged care services Assisting you and your family navigate the maze of Aged Care, with compassion.Trusted Aged Care Services (TACS) offers assistance in transitioning the elderly into Residential Aged Care Services or staying in home longer with assistance.
TACS have two Accredited Aged Care Professionals who can help answer any questions you have regarding payment options and funding, finding placement, arranging ACAT assessments, and assistance with moving into the facility.
We have referral services arranged with removalists, lawyers and other professionals to ensure your needs are fully met.
We are happy to meet with families and the elderly trying to work through this sensitive change to make the move as easy and pain free as possible.
