Trusted Tradie

Well have tried to contact them and Monday 28 minutes on hold no answer Tuesday 40 minutes on hold no answer Tuesday afternoon 35 minutes gave up and it goes on and on and on sent emails no reply .I wanted to know where my add were their are nowhere to be found just like the answering of the phone . There seems to be no customer service they I don't have any confidence in them it seems to me as they have taken my money and no adds and again while doing this all I get is a recorded message do not advertise with them don't do it .

Don't sign with this company rude and does not return calls when you are calling to see why your ads are not being shown as promised then try's to tell you it's because of the device you are using or a million other excuses then suddenly your ad shows once again even on the devices they just said would not show it. I think that trusted tradie believes they are gods gift to computing skills but I don't think they can even spell IT let alone run a good campaign for your company don't waist your money or time with this company

Just learning how to use this internet but my son helped me to set this up so I can share my horrible experience with trusted tradie! All they do is promise the world and deliver nothing!! No guarantees, happy to take your money, not happy to take your calls.... absolutely brilliant at ringing you a million times to sign up but then wont call you once when your onboard. "UNTRUSTED TRADIE"

i have had my ad words done by trusted tradie and i am more then happy with the service provided, the return on investment is high and i will be a customer for the duration of my business

Not recommended. This company put me into a 6 month contract when I specifically asked for month to month payment terms. It was only when another $400 was deducted from my account that I was told I had committed to a 6 month contract. A request to change my campaign to target a different audience (other than their "suggested" very specific key word string") has not resulted in any change, months after the request. I have paid in excess of $800 and am yet to receive one lead from Trusted Tradie's Google advertising campaign. They are now asking me for another $400. Good luck, Trusted Tradie.
